Amal Hasanovich Seid-Ogly
Acting
Amal Hasanovich introduces students to the acting profession through his own experience in theatre and film. In 2019, he graduated from the studio school at the State Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan and joined its acting company. In 2022, he continued his professional education at VGIK (the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography). His artistic development includes ongoing stage practice, masterclasses, and theatre workshops.
His stage credits include Pushkin in Pushkin Forever, Abdulla Qodiriy in Listen to the Poet, Kaa in Mowgli, and Puss in Boots in a production of the same name. He performs in dramatic, musical, and children's theatre productions. This diverse repertoire allows him to explore a wide range of characters and theatrical challenges, from fairy-tale figures to historical personalities.
Amal has participated in festivals of Russian theatres abroad and the Together festival in Ulyanovsk, and has performed several times as part of the Big Tours project. He has worked with directors Igor Kachaev, Dmitry Astrakhan, and Aleksandr Gnezdilov. In addition to theatre, he is involved in film projects, including a supporting role in Officer 55, and reached the finals of the 48 Hour Film Project competition.
For children, lessons with Amal Hasanovich offer an opportunity to learn from a working actor and understand how a stage character is created. His experience helps students see the connection between imagination, careful preparation, and expressive performance. It also introduces them to the world of theatre through the perspective of an artist who continues to develop his professional skills through rehearsals, performances, and new creative projects.
